Phoenix Events is run by Orja. This policy covers the Phoenix Events connector and this website.
What we collect
There are no accounts, sign-ins, cookies or tracking. When an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT uses the connector, it sends us a search request. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) automatically records standard request logs for each request: the time, the requesting IP address, the app name (for example "Claude-User"), the URL path, and the request and response sizes.
We do not log or store the contents of search requests (your keywords, dates, places or filters), and we receive nothing else from your conversation: no chat history, memory, files or account details.
How we use it
Only to run, secure and troubleshoot the service, for example to spot errors or abuse. We do not build user profiles, sell data, or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We do not share or sell this data. Google Cloud stores the logs as our hosting provider. We would disclose data only if required by law.
Retention
Request logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Links to other sites
Event listings link to venue, organizer and ticketing websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page, and its date, if our practices change.
